For over 12 years my coaching, education, and professional support as a Registered Nurse, Childbirth Educator, Doula, Maternity and Self-Awareness Coach has allowed me to help women across the U.S. birth new life, literally and figuratively.  Goal-driven, spiritual, and passionate women have successfully birthed new life with limited to no medical interventions.  And seasoned mothers have been able to birth better versions of themselves utilizing the same maternal concepts.
